She brings warmth and humor to therapy, creating a safe space for patients to explore their challenges and discover solutions. Gayatri helps with academic issues and self-esteem. Her collaborative and interactive approach helps patients build confidence and craft strong personal narratives. She uses motivational interviewing, narrative therapy, and cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies. Gayatri was inspired to become a clinician while raising bicultural and biracial children who faced social challenges during their teen years. She loves animals, a good cup of tea, and spending time in nature.
