I have been in private practice as a clinical psychologist for over 35 years. I have always loved my work. My approach for conducting psychotherapy and counseling is humanistic. I do not utilize a medical model. I work with "clients", not "patients". I relate on a level of respect and trust. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual. During in-office sessions, I never take notes. I give my full attention with eye contact as a client is speaking. Notes are taken later. I prefer in-person therapy, but will do telehealth when necessary.
