I pride myself in providing a safe space where you, as a client, can retreat, discover healing from trauma and/or mental health challenges. By means of talk therapy, I will support you and facilitate reconnection of mind and body, as well as interpersonally. I support diverse clientele, allowing me to focus on the challenges of mental health in the context of culture, the immigrant experience, living in the margins, identifying as LGBTQ+, and other identity related challenges. The questions of “Who am I?”, “Where do I belong?” and “How can I become my best self?” are common topics addressed in my practice. In addition to conversation, I provide compassion, emotional resonance, support for learning wellness skills, and also bridge internal and external worlds through self expression with journaling, art, music and other thought provoking activities. My clients learn to better understand and love themselves through our work together.
