I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia, committed to supporting individuals in navigating emotional and mental health challenges. As a disabled veteran, I have a specialized understanding of the military and veteran community and am dedicated to serving their unique needs with compassion and insight. I use evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, and mindfulness.
