I am passionate about helping individuals learn and accept who they are, overcome barriers, and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling to them. I attempt to normalize therapy and help individuals feel welcomed and supported to allow for growth and empowerment. I seek to help individuals feel understood and learn healthy ways to express and cope with strong emotions. I work to help individuals learn and utilize positive therapeutic skills to cope with relational concerns and encourage family cohesion while also respecting the importance of individuality.
