As a licensed therapist for the last 20+ years, I have experience guiding people through the challenges of addressing their source of pain and helping them to develop the tools to help them manage their symptoms and work towards living the kind of life that brings meaning, purpose, and fulfillment. Using Cognitive Therapy I believe that therapy allows a person to stop avoiding and struggling with their pain and allows one to explore a deeper understanding and commitment to making changes in their behaviors that will bring meaning to them.
