Often, as we are navigating our way through life, we find that we need help to find balance and clarity. I have worked with individuals, couples and families throughout my thirty year career as they face various challenges. I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist using a number of therapeutic modalities to ensure individualized care . Areas in which I am experienced include but are not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, family relations, self esteem, domestic violence and anger management. I believe in therapy that is tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of my clients. Together we develop a plan to attain your emotional wellness.
