My ideal client would be someone that has been fearful of coming to therapy due to previous trauma as well as the stigma attached to therapy within our community. Clients that are afraid to come to therapy require extra grace and understanding. My personality is big, more like huge. I am high energy. It is my belief that therapy is not boring, but fun and interactive. From dancing. to journaling, to playing board games, it is my ultimate goal to help my clients tear down walls that in so many cases have been detrimental to them.
