My primary goal is to empower my adult clients as they work to better understand themselves and the world around them. I offer an empathic, judgment-free space for clients to explore the issues that concern them. From this client-centered foundation we will identify goals, barriers, and strategies for change. I have extensive training in and experience treating a wide range of individuals including those diagnosed with PTSD, Anxiety Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, and Depression. My practice is LGBTQIA+-affirming and BIPOC-allied.
