Comfort in knowing that we receive support when facing challenges in our lives is a leap of courage in addressing the issues, needs and desired goals you'd like to overcome. There are many stigmas, unrealistic expectations and past history experiences that foster the anxiety, shame, discomfort, self-blame, or whatever negative feelings that you may be experiencing that we can work on addressing together.
