To facilitate this I offer an openhearted, authentic presence along with mindfulness-based tools to facilitate self-awareness, self-compassion, and the process of healing. I’m a certified Internal Family Systems therapist. In addition, having long been passionate about what makes us tick, I incorporate tools from an array of treatment approaches to support individuals through a variety of challenges including relationship issues, PTSD, anxiety, and depression.
