Hi! my name is Jenna, I am a clinical social worker with a lifetime of combined personal & professional experience. I provide a unique, individualized & wide array of objective practice approaches focusing on choices that foster solutions to lead to a more meaningful life. I am a graduate of Michigan State University with over 17 years working in behavioral health & I engage a holistic, conversational approach to therapy. I provide family & couples therapy, grief & trauma therapy, ADHD & Autism support & among many other things a cognitive/ dialectical approach to manage depression & anxiety.
