Are you ready to open your life to new possibilities? Welcome to my practice! I use a holistic approach to helping people, always seeking to work with the mind-body model and enjoy working with teens, adults and couples (regardless of sexual orientation) experiencing a variety of emotional, mental and/or physical problems. I am also a Nurse Practitioner with specialties in women's health, infertility, menopause, pain, disordered eating and especially the effects of stress on overall health and well being. My approaches range from short-term solution-oriented treatments to longer in-depth psychotherapy using Mindfulness as a foundation.
