I am a master's level clinician and a graduate of Boston College and Lesley University. I work with clients of all ages with a particular focus on young adults and those in their 20s. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based, where we find and highlight your strengths and increase your understanding of yourself. I meet you exactly where you are in your journey and help foster confidence in who you are and help you be who you want to be. I have prior experience in a university counseling setting, a background in coaching, and can offer support and discussions around all 8 dimensions of wellness.
