Hi, I'm Meghann, and I'm delighted you found my profile! Like Rumi, I believe "The wound is the place where the light enters." I shy away from pathologizing mental health symptoms and most enjoy assisting those gentle, curious spirits of the Bluegrass in accessing self-trust. Anxiety, depression, procrastination, obsessions, and trauma-based reactions all hold wisdom. Whatever experiences you've had in your life so far, I would love to help you unlock this wisdom for your own benefit. My approach is warm, gentle, transparent, and tailored to each individual. I draw upon techniques from IFS-informed EMDR, EMDR, CBT, and other mind-body modalities. I am an AuDHD-identifying therapist currently receiving training to better serve autistic folx.
