At this time, I am NOT accepting new patients for therapy. I work with adults experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulty due to their history, assumptions, beliefs and behavior. Perhaps, at times, these patterns of thinking, feeling and doing have led to the same outcomes. I work with you to help you clarify and identify these patterns manage and treat problems of mood, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, traumatic experiences and addiction and, in turn, begin to find new meaning, peace and contentment in life, work, relationships and with yourself. I also have my own lived experience and believe the connection in the healing relationship is the best way to help others learn to relate to their difficulties and find a solution to living a more balanced, contented and fulfilling life.
