About
With a doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology and a master's in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have been practicing therapy since 2007. I recognize that our behaviors and self-perceptions are deeply shaped by early childhood experiences and often reinforced by current relationships and family dynamics. Cultural and community backgrounds also play a vital role in influencing how we see ourselves and interact with others. I believe meaningful change happens in a safe, supportive environment—one that encourages honest, constructive feedback on concerns and behaviors.
