Therapy is a journey worth taking and I would be honored to take that journey with you. No matter where you are at this particular time in your life, know that you will not always be in this place. Unresolved feelings about the loss that naturally comes with change can lead to anxiety and depression. Having the support of a non-judgmental listener to help sort things out can make all the difference. I believe the relationship between a person and their therapist is the foundation for healing. I will provide a safe space where you are treated with respect and guide you to understanding how past life experiences are impacting your life in the present. You will learn to challenge negative thoughts and set healthy boundaries in relationships.
