As a military spouse, I understand the unique stressors that come with military life, and I am passionate about supporting military families and the senior population. I use a strengths-based approach, integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing to help you build resilience, gain insight, and make meaningful changes.
