About
It is my goal to create a space in which you can safely examine the roots of old patterns and build a more authentic and aligned way of being. I use an integrative model to provide each client with pointed and intentional care, recognizing that no one methodology fits all. I believe in an egalitarian relationship between client and counselor which centers the client as the expert in their own healing. By honoring your individuality, unique history, and focusing on your particular strengths, we can engage in counseling that is both holistic and transformative. I also offer Walk-and-Talk/Ecotherapy. I hold a Masters in Poetry and use bibliotherapy, narrative, journal writing, metaphor, and ritual in my therapeutic practice. In addition to this expressive arts background, I am trained in Sound Healing–a medium for practicing somatic grounding and nervous system regulation. I also utilize eco-psychology, mind/body techniques and existentialism.
