It has been my privilege to work with families, couples and individuals these past 10 years. My approach to therapy is always client centered and respectful of the individual's desire to make meaningful changes in one's life. I believe that therapy should address those issues brought by the client in a gentle and compassionate manner. My choice of specialty as a marriage and family therapist is one of the most well-studied and effective interventions in the mental health literature. Family involvement have been consistently linked to better individual and family functioning.
