I am able to provide bilingual counseling services, Spanish/ English. I work with individuals of all ages, couples and families. Life as we know it, can be a bit overwhelming at times and once we get caught in the middle of some kind of struggle, it can be difficult to find the way out. The strategies that we once used to cope don't work anymore, and we need a little help learning a new way.
