One of the most powerful forces on earth comes from our relationships. Relationships provide a way for us to connect with others physically, emotionally, and spiritually. When our relationships suffer, we are often deprived of the powerful force of human connection. Finding our way back to relationships and the connection they provide may seem difficult. Counseling provides a therapeutic relationship of human connection to build a bridge back to the relationships that are most meaningful for us. Stepping into something new like counseling when our relationships are broken can feel overwhelming. I seek to provide provide a bridge of hope in a healing environment of safety and warmth. It is important for you to find your unique voice and be able to tell your unique story in an environment where you feel heard and understood. Creating this healing environment for teens, adult individuals, and/or couples is my passion.
