My ideal client is someone who might feel overwhelmed or misunderstood and is seeking support to better understand themselves and their emotions. This may be a child, adolescent, or young adult experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, selective mutism, or difficulty adjusting to life changes, as well as parents who want tools to better support their child. They often need a safe, patient, and affirming space where they can build emotional regulation skills, confidence, and effective coping strategies. Their goal is to feel more in control of their thoughts and emotions, improve relationships, and to function more confidently.
