Your goal is not perfection, but clarity, groundedness, and a more integrated way of relating to yourself, others, and the Divine. I specialize in working with anxiety, shame, identity concerns, relational challenges, and spiritual incongruence. My approach is integrative, relational, and faith-informed, drawing from IFS, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral frameworks. Therapy focuses on awareness, responsibility, and integration rather than judgment or quick solutions.
