I take a holistic, mindful, attachment-based, developmentally-focused and identity-centered approach to counseling teens and adults. My clients are looking to explore and understand how their experiences and cognitive, emotional, behavioral and relational patterns. I use approaches focused on the here-and now or past experiences to help clients gain coping strategies to better manage distress, communicate effectively, relate better to themselves and others, regulate mood, adjusting to change, manage grief, accept or letting go of difficult experiences and more.
