I use evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed therapy, emotion de-escalation strategies, boundary discussions, and crisis intervention skills, to help clients gain new perspectives on their circumstances and find the support they need to navigate life's challenges.
