Currently accepting new clients. My approach may be a good fit for you if you are feeling overwhelmed, feeling anxious or depressed, are experiencing difficulties in relationships, or just feeling down, discouraged or even hopeless? My approach is client centered. I like to take time to get to know you and your particular circumstances. I offer tools and skills to help cope with stressors and other challenges and offer a place to explore your issues in a non-judgmental environment. My hope is that you together we will help you find your blind spots and come up with solutions that are practical.
