Hi, I'm Nicole! I know it can be difficult to take that first step in getting help, like it was for me as a young adult with a chronic illness, who was also newly married. This was a challenging time for me because I wasn't feeling like myself and I was away from my support system. I was sad and tearful most days, worried about being ill, and what my life would look like in this new reality. Therapy helped me get through many rough patches and I know it can help you too.
