Hello, my name is George Hayes; I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, specializing in individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, addiction, and family therapy. In addition, I have worked in the school system for over 14 years and have a “unique” understanding of children’s issues. My thought process is that "all behavior meets a need", understanding the need fulfillment behind the behavior is key to effective treatment.
