Watching your child struggle with big emotions, friendships, and self-doubt can be very tough. As a parent, you want to help, but sometimes it's hard to know where to start. That's where I come in. I provide a supportive space where kids and teens can open up, build confidence, and learn skills to handle life's ups and downs, while parents feel reassured that they're not alone in this journey. I specialize in working with children and adolescents who feel constantly worried, struggle with friendships, deal with feeling frustrated, or often say they're "not good enough." I bring creativity into sessions using play, art and music, to help kids open up in ways that feel natural to them. My approach is practical and engaging, providing real skills that can be used daily- whether it's to help calm worries, manage tough emotions in a healthy way, or stand up for themselves.
