I am a trauma-informed child, teen, and adult therapist dedicated to empowering clients with the knowledge and skills they need to heal wholeheartedly. I believe all behavior is communication, and many challenges we see in ourselves and our children reflect underlying neurobiological processes shaped by trauma, unmet needs, and lagging social-emotional skills. I truly believe everyone is doing the best they can at any given moment with the resources they have, and our work together will focus on expanding those resources.
