My work focuses on supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, family of origin challenges, gender identity, and body image. I also feel deeply connected to supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals on the path to parenthood—whether carrying a child, considering conception, or stepping into your role as a non-birthing partner.
