I've always gravitated toward spaces where I can get to know people deeply and help them. I decided to specialize in OCD after working with many people who experienced OCD after trauma. I needed to understand the best way to help them manage their obsessions, which could be so distracting and consuming. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for OCD. Our deep understanding of its nuances enables us to properly diagnose and treat it. We have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
