Big feelings can take over fast—panic that seems to come out of nowhere, sadness that lingers longer than you'd like, or memories that still hurt no matter how much time has passed. Trauma, anxiety, and depression can make everyday life feel like a constant emotional negotiation. I’m a therapist with an MS from the University of Phoenix, and I support children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed by what they’re carrying but aren’t sure how to let it go.
