I am a therapist for the Gregory Center for Restoration (GCFR), a private mental health practice specializing in individual, family, group & couples counseling with a focus on teenagers, young adults & adults. Using a strength-based perspective & cognitive-behavioral therapy, we are committed to helping individuals explore & develop insight into their thoughts & behaviors, restore & improve relationships, enhance communication & develop coping strategies to move forward in their lives in a healthy manner. My goal is to use the innate strengths that clients possess to guide the therapeutic process to promote optimum mental health.
