We all have struggles, and sometimes we need support in working through our struggles. I use a non-pathologizing, collaborative approach to support you in moving towards your goals. I will meet you where you are and will hold space for all of the parts that make up you as an individual. My goal is to create a safe and authentic space for you to share your experiences, and explore your thoughts, and feelings. I am here to help you harness your inner resources to work through whatever you may be struggling with. I utilize a number of approaches to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
