Asking for help is hard and it can be scary. My goal is to create a safe environment and cultivate a relationship based on trust that will allow my clients the freedom to be who they are without fear of judgment or criticism. This is the environment where healing can begin. I view treatment from the perspective of attachment theory. This refers to the quality of the relationships with others in our lives, including our original caregivers. Many issues that people are currently struggling with are rooted in our early relationships. My goal is to treat not only the current symptoms but also the underlying causes. I work with clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and many others. I specialize in treating individuals with complex trauma, childhood trauma, narcissistic abuse, and PTSD.
