Taking the first step to ask for support can be incredibly difficult—but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to meet you where you are, whether you're feeling anxious or overwhelmed, navigating a disorder, going through a life transition, or facing challenges in your relationships. Together, we’ll build a caring and supportive therapeutic relationship—one that offers you a safe space to reflect, grow, and heal. I bring experience working with both teens and adults. Our collaborative work will focus on helping you cultivate a more authentic, fulfilling, and harmonious relationship with yourself and others. My therapy orientation is integrative, meaning I use a combination of modalities to meet your needs. I practice Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and more. I also use interventions including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness, art therapy, nonviolent communication, sand tray, and EMDR.
