Life is hard and there are times when we all need someone to lean on and talk about the things going through our head that are bringing our quality of life down. I hope to be that person for you. If you find yourself at an unhealthy stress level, wanting to improve the relationships with others/yourself, or wanting to develop more healthy thought patterns I hope to start a journey with you toward those new healthy goals. During our time together in session I will do my best to provide a safe space where you feel valued, safe, and heard while building a relationship of trust and understanding.
