Hello, I'm Ginny Lindgren, and I am dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health support. As a therapist, my practice is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as DBT, ACT, and CBT, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. My specialization includes addressing a spectrum of mental health challenges, ranging from PTSD, trauma, anxiety, and depression to suicidal risk, dual diagnosis, substance use, and OCD. I work collaboratively with adolescents (12-18), young adults (18-35), adults (35-45), and middle adults (45-65) to foster resilience and promote well-being. I extend my support to diverse communities, including couples navigating challenges, individuals exploring alternative lifestyles within the realms of polyamory, kink, and sexuality, as well as military personnel.
