Hi! I’m Ginny – I’m a relational therapist that works with individuals, couples, children, and caregivers. My approach to therapy goes beyond managing symptoms or quick solutions. Instead, my work focuses on understanding and healing the root causes of struggle so meaningful, lasting change can take place. I believe healing happens within safe, trusting relationships, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe, understood, and able to grow. Both within your relationship with yourself and with others. I have extensive experience supporting children of all ages, parents, couples and adults as they work to heal attachment wounds, strengthen boundaries in relationships, improve communication, and build self-esteem. I have specialized training in Corrective Attachment Therapy (CAT) and Corrective Attachment Parenting (CAP).
