My goal is to provide support and guidance to individuals and families experiencing, emotional distress, addiction and trauma, and help them navigate the unique challenges that these debilitating issues have on one's life. I strive to walk hand in hand with my clients and I see my clients in terms of their strengths and mirror those strengths for them until they can see them in themselves. I tap into my extensive and varied training, incorporate various modalities, connect clients to resources. programs and activities that will meet their unique needs best. I feel there is no one size fits all.
