I didn’t always know I’d become a therapist. In college, I was one of just eight students accepted into a competitive FBI internship – but a sudden health crisis changed everything. That unexpected detour required me to slow down, reevaluate, and begin my own healing. It was messy, humbling, and honest – and it led me to this work.
