As a mother and therapist, I understand how deeply we feel our children’s emotions—when they struggle, we struggle too. I believe that parenting is one of the most meaningful yet challenging journeys, and that no parent should face it alone. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where parents can better understand their child’s behavior, their own emotions, and how to build calm and confidence at home.
