We each carry stories woven from our past experiences, ways we were parented, and our cultural roots. These stories shape how we see ourselves and how we relate to the world. I believe that therapy is a place to begin the work of knowing the stories of your heart, of connecting to unknown, untended and often neglected parts of who you are, were and long to be. When we give voice to our stories, we open space for healing, meaning-making, and growth.
