Hi my name is Giselle, I'm glad you're here! I specialize in helping clients with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and grief. My passion is to help children, families, and individuals work through their challenges by teaching them new coping skills, working as a team to explore old patterns, and developing new ones to achieve a better balance in our mental health. I use several evidence-based therapies, tailoring them to the needs of my clients. Cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and art therapy for children are some of the many approaches used. My goal is to create change through a professional therapeutic process.
