Hey there, I’m a licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my masters from University of New England with a focus in Individuals, families and groups. I’ve been practicing for 12 years. I specifically enjoy helping people find perspective through the voice of their pain. I think pain and discomfort can be our best teacher if we allow ourselves to look at it, this way. In our first session we will start with brief introductions, then dive into why you are here. We will then begin to talk about a tailored plan that we will use to help you reach your goals. With over 12 years of experience working with individuals, families, and groups, I’ve developed an effective and compassionate approach to helping clients uncover the limiting beliefs that may be keeping them from reaching their goals.
