Hi! I know this step is hard. Finding a therapist. But I want to let you know that not only am I a therapist, but I have also been on the other side of the chair for many years. After many years of doing therapy myself, I developed a lot of awareness and accountability. This is why I decided to become a therapist. Nowadays, I work with teens and young adults, to help them figure out what is going on in their brains and how they can use their strengths to become better versions of themselves.
