I'm honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey. I recognize that reaching out for therapy takes courage, and I'm here to create a safe space where you can explore, grow, and heal at your own pace. As a Latinx immigrant, my approach is trauma-informed and embraces the importance of identifying social and cultural systems that shape our experiences, intentionally bringing these conversations into the therapeutic space. Most of my experience lies in working with folks navigating life transitions, relationship dynamics, body image, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ expression, ADHD, anxiety, and depression.
